Responsibilities: - Define the team, processes, and budget - Complete the projects on time with the expected quality. - Execute the projects within the budget. - Understand the organization policies and procedures. - Understand and follow the Agile/SCRUM methodology and SDLC processes. - Actively participate in the corrective actions. - Should interact with customers independently for reviews and follow up. - Constant review of existing processes/projects and bringing in analytical information for business advantages. - Keeping updated on the developments in the field and timely guidance to team and the top management for change management. - Brings in new practices within the project and suggests improvements organization wide. - Lead one of the active Knowledge Management group programs. - Get certification in the relevant technologies and Domain. - Responsible to perform defect root cause analysis along with the project team. - Prepare business proposals and participate in the pre-sales activities. - Manage JIRA to manage SCRUM Board / KANBAN Board, and other project management tasks. - Responsible to perform defect root cause analysis along with the project team during Sprint retrospectives and phase end.  - Collecting metrics from the project teams periodically and publishing the overall status of the project to the senior management. - As part of Defect Analysis Prevention Group where to collect defects in each phase and analyze the Error cause and Root Cause for the defects. - Optimization of CMMI processes by identifying/suggesting process improvement opportunities during the implementation in projects. - Assisting the project team to evaluate the project management data available in JIRA and publish dashboard to the management briefing status and performance of the project. - Monitoring and managing the timesheet adherence level in JIRA and creating awareness and importance of Timesheet adherence across the organization. Publishing the adherence level of the Timesheet report to relevant stakeholders. - Prepare the project management plan and other plans to ensure the process compliances. - Perform monthly process compliances to ensure the projects are adopting the QMS processes
